View Architects is a general architects’ practice based in Bristol but delivering high quality property services throughout England and Wales.

Our team includes chartered members of the RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects), architects registered with the ARB (Architects Registration Board) and chartered architectural technologists. A major refurbishment and limited extensions to deliver a highly specified building with a floor area of 5,500m². The capital spend of £13M represented a significant saving over the cost of a new build facility.

Royal Hotel

66 bedroom extension to grade II listed hotel. The three-storeydevelopment included a new seafront restaurant and underground carpark.

Old Orchard

New build project for young family wanting to create their forever home. The design was praised by planning inspectorate for being interesting and innovative.

Pullins Barns

Conversion of former agricultural site to create two unique properties. The development incorporated best practice conservation techniques with traditional detailing.

Tetbury Lane

View Architects residential team takes commissions from developers and householder clients. This project was carried out for a small developer wanting to maximise the return on a site containing a dilapidated end of terrace property.

South West Skills Campus

This project involved the transformation of a former industrial site into a new further education campus to house industry focused learning environments. Students are given the opportunity to train in facilities that match the best examples available in the workplace.
